2022 – 2023 Priorities & Plan – YourOwnROOM

As we transition to 2022-23, We would like to share our plans and priorities for the year ahead:

Firstly, we are reimagining ourselves from being a Residential Rental Property Management company to becoming a Real Estate management company and this is going to set the foundation for future profitable hypergrowth.

2022-23 is all about Growth, Growth and Growth! We have set an ambitious revenue growth of 2 million USD or INR 15 Cr for ourselves, and this is going to happen by increasing our market share in Bangalore and Pune in the rental space as well as the Property Management Services (PMS) space.

Thirdly, we are betting on partnerships with Prop Co’s and developers in managing their assets. I am happy to inform you that there are 5 such partnerships almost on the verge – many of them have already been signed and some of them we are still in the process off signing. This will in turn give us a total contract value of close to INR 350 Cr or 50 million USD over the next five years. This will also help us drive opportunistic growth beyond Bangalore and Pune.

Technology continues to be our biggest differentiator. Our Proptech platform that we built over the last five years – we are going to expand that. We are making it SaaS enables, modifying it to include multiple asset that we could manage out of the that same platform. We are also upgrading our User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX).

We are also in the midst of a fund raiser. We are currently raising our Pre-Series A round. At this point we already have a couple of commitments and there are a few more that we are trying to close out in the next few weeks. All the money raised in the Pre-Series A round is going to be used in fueling our growth mainly in Sales & Marketing and Technology upgrade.
