Token is the one month rent to be paid at the time of booking and is not adjustable against security deposit payment at the time of move-in.

The token amount is refundable when you move out. However, in case of cancelled booking, token is non-refundable.

Security deposit is the 3 month rental in Bangalore and 2 month rental in Pune location that must be paid by the tenant to the owner before signing of the agreement.

Security deposit is non-negotiable.

Once the security deposit settlement process is initiated to submission of exit clearance form and cancellation of rental and service agreement, handing over the keys to YourOwnROOM team is done, refund will happen within 15 bank working days through online mode only.

Any payment, be it token, deposit or rent is to be paid online only.
