2021-22 has been a great year for us. We grew significantly \u2013 today our asset under management is close to 1 million sq. ft. valued closed to about INR 400 Cr or 50 million USD. We closed 2021-22 with an annualized run rate of INR 10Cr or 1.5million USD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are glad to inform you that in the next 3 to 4 months\u2019 time, we are going to be EBITDA positive. At the start of COVID, we also expanded our portfolio – we went beyond Co-living homes to Family homes, and subsequently we also added Property Management and Facility Management Services. Our order book today is close to about INR 70 Cr or 10 million USD and our sales pipeline is at about 5 times that at INR 350 Cr. or close to about 50 million USD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
