You’re probably in a relocation fix and battling anxious thoughts about moving to Bangalore because you’ve heard about the frustrations of finding a place to live in. This article talks about the genuine pains of finding an accommodation in Bangalore and lists down how 7 apartment rental sites in Bangalore are revolutionizing the way we now find homes.
The tireless process of engaging with brokers and the absurd amounts of deposits and rents. It gets on my nerves just thinking about it. I’ve gone through this exercise before and believe me it was everything, but pleasant. I’m sure all the fresh college graduates especially, would resonate well with problems like these.
I was even more compelled to reach out and help people who were in a similar situation after chatting with a close friend about apartment hunting in Bangalore. It was just simply ridiculous when I heard that she visited over 30 properties and engaged with 3 brokers to find a decent 1 BHK Flat in Koramangala (One of Bangalore’s elite localities).
Bangalore is currently on the top of India’s population growth rate (Business standard). Bangalore’s urban district has grown three times faster than the population of Karnataka as a whole, housing nearly 16% of the total population. As of today, 4,378 persons cram every square kilometre space of the district. Can you imagine the amount of people that are battling for the same places that you would want to live in? Can you imagine the dependency on the number of brokers? Can you imagine the quality of properties? And worst of all can you imagine all the hard work that goes into landing a decent place to live in?
While I am no magic man and can’t take a lot of your worries away, I can help by listing a few apartment rental sites in Bangalore that really made my work easier when I was looking for a 1 BHK in Koramangala in Bangalore. I hope this helps you.
